The Problem

Stretch marks, medically known as striae distensae, are common skin marks that occur when the skin stretches rapidly, causing the disorganization of collagen and fragmentation of elastin, the primary structural components of skin. They appear as indented streaks on the skin and can range in color from pink to purple initially, eventually fading to a silvery-white hue over time.

Prevalence among Men and Women: Both men and women can develop stretch marks, although they tend to be more prevalent in women due to pregnancy and hormonal changes. However, men can also experience stretch marks as a result of rapid weight gain, muscle growth, or hormonal changes. Common areas affected in both genders include the abdomen, thighs, hips, breasts, and upper arms.

Pregnancy

Due to rapid expansion of the abdomen during pregnancy, stretch marks are common in pregnant women.

Bodybuilding

Individuals engaged in bodybuilding or weightlifting can develop stretch marks from rapid growth.

Weight Fluctuations

Rapid weight gain or loss can lead to the development of stretch marks.

Hormonal Changes

Hormonal imbalances (i.e Cushing's Syndrome) increase the risk of stretch marks.

Breast Implant Surgery

Patients who look to correct tuberous breasts with breast augmentation may be more likely to suffer from stretch marks.

Puberty

Adolescents undergoing growth spurts may experience stretch marks.

Our Solution

While several products in the market claim to address stretch marks, they often focus on a single aspect of the issue and fail to offer a comprehensive solution.

Design

The marker has an elongated body, which allows for easy handling and comfortable grip. The body material has a matte finish, giving it a modern and sophisticated appearance.

Dispensing Mechanism

The marker utilizes a twist-to-dispense mechanism. By twisting the neck of the marker, the product is released through the tip applicator in controlled amounts. This ensures optimal product usage and prevents leakage or spillage.

Tip Applicator

The markers have an angled sponge tip. The tip is custom precision-engineered to ensure a controlled and accurate application of the product. It allows users to target specific areas of concern with ease, minimizing waste.
